Sending Sunshine Receives Grant From the Ottawa Community Foundation for Expansion in Ottawa
The OCF recently awarded community grants to benefit sustainable programs in Ottawa. Among the recipients was Sending Sunshine, a registered charity that seeks to reduce the negative impact of social isolation and loneliness among seniors in Canada.

Sending Sunshine celebrated its 2nd Anniversary with TRIPLE growth over the preceding year. The volunteer-run corporation reached a milestone with the delivery of over 100,000 cards/letters to seniors in over 570 care facilities across Canada.
